State-Certified Professional of Equine Management | Trainer A (EWU/FN) | DQHA breeding judge

Hi,

I am Nina Obermüller - Trainer A, State-Certified Professional of Equine Management Breeding and Husbandry, DQHA Breeding Judge, as well as trainer and examiner for horse managers in Baden-Württemberg. In case that reads like the job description of three people: No, I just get bored quickly.

I run the Taubenhof stud farm, a boarding, training and training stable near Stuttgart, in the beautiful Welzheim Forest, with agriculture and a small quarter horse breeding program.

My absolute hobbyhorse? (pun not intended, but I'll take it) Equine anatomy and biomechanics!

I'm a real nerd about it - if there was a horse biomechanics edition of Trivial Pursuit, I'd win it. I'm so deep into it that I probably analyze gait patterns in my sleep. And my great passion? Being a breeding judge! Because it's just incredibly exciting to discover the next generation of our horses with a trained eye - like the Voice of Germany of horse breeding, only without the buzzer.”

This is the place where we show how we think, what drives us - and how we not only make your everyday horse life easier, but perhaps even revolutionize it a little.

May I introduce? “The Hill” - the Taubenhof stud farm - My very personal reality format with weather changes and pushing hay bales. A mixture of “Country life” and my personal Netflix original.

Feedback & Experiences

Original customer voice. Not written by me. Word of honor.

Here people share what happens when they work with me.

Honestly - sometimes surprisingly - mostly pretty good.

"What inspires me about Nina's approach every time is her enormous expertise in biomechanics and anatomy – combined with years of experience. This creates real aha moments in the saddle. Things that were previously difficult suddenly work as if by themselves. Not because I do more, but because – thanks to Nina's approach – I can help my horse better, completely without pressure. On the contrary: Even with demanding lessons, everything becomes easier, more relaxed, more harmonious. And that's exactly what makes really good riding for me."
